September 20, 2025 was one for the books at Tuscan Ridge in Morgantown, WV, as Andy and Sierra tied the knot overlooking the rolling West Virginia hills. Their wedding day was very hot, undeniably beautiful, and filled with heart from start to finish. With a soft blue color scheme and a huge, energetic bridal party, the day felt joyful, full, and incredibly memorable. Andy and Sierra are one of those couples who are genuinely sweet and thoughtful, and that love radiated through every moment.
Their ceremony took place in direct sun, but halfway through, the clouds slowly rolled in, providing us the most stunning early fall light just as they said “I do.” We had a perfect 45-minute window for portraits before the weather turned. Right on cue, the floodgates opened with pouring rain, hail, and strong winds. The storm had even knocked out power at the venue. Brittany and her amazing team jumped into action, fixing everything quickly and efficiently so the reception continued right on schedule.
After the storm, we were treated to dramatic sunset light and even distant lightning for a few epic portraits. The evening wrapped with a touching bouquet dedication to Sierra’s mother, special group dances, and a fun bubble exit. With on-site accommodations for the entire weekend, Tuscan Ridge truly is a perfect wedding venue in Morgantown, WV.
