Alexis and Brandon’s summer engagement session at Friendship Hill, PA was equal parts joyful, relaxed, and full of heart. Friendship Hill is such a beautiful location in the summertime with rolling hills, the dramatic tree lined-entrance, historic charm, and golden light. It was the perfect setting for a laid-back session that truly reflected who they are as a couple.

They brought along their sweet dog, Winston, who absolutely stole the show and made the session feel even more personal. (I love when you include your fur babies) Adding champagne to celebrate was the perfect touch—fun, celebratory, and so fitting for this season of life. Every moment felt natural and full of laughter, the kind of session where time seems to slow down and everything just clicks.

One of my favorite moments happened before we even started shooting: Alexis surprised me with a bottle of my favorite wine, Pinot Grigio, when we met for the first time. That simple, thoughtful gesture perfectly sums up how kind and genuine they both are.

This session felt like summer in the best way easy, warm, and full of love and I’m so grateful I got to capture it.
